Here you will find answers to frequently asked questions.
How long does the repair process take?

Cleaning and inspection of the components take approx. one to two work weeks. Afterwards you will receive our cost estimate.

After written approval of the cost estimate in form of an order, the repair process takes approx. two to three work weeks – deviating delivery dates are indicated on the cost estimate.

What are the costs for the review?

There is a charge of €89 for cleaning and inspection. However, this will be credited when ordering the repair or purchasing a comparable new part.

What happens to components that cannot be repaired?

If components cannot be repaired, we will send you an offer for new parts.

Irreparable items are scrapped in-house but can also be returned if necessary. Please inform us at the latest when ordering how irreparable items are to be dealt with.

The cost of scrapping is €79, which is waived if a comparable new part is ordered.

Does the repair still fall within the warranty period?

Unless otherwise confirmed in our order confirmation, the warranty period is twelve months from delivery. However, this does not apply to wearing parts such as rotor, stator, seals, etc.

Does the dispenser/motor/etc. need to be pre-cleaned?

The dosed medium is checked and evaluated with the specified material designation.

Therefore, please state the material designation as precisely as possible or, at best, send us the safety data sheet (in German or English).

If the inspection reveals that there is a risk to our employees, pre-cleaning is mandatory.
